Your front desk staff or customer service representatives (CSRs) sometimes interact with callers who require documents be delivered to them, whether static documents such as change-of-address forms or auto-pay sign-up forms or dynamic documents such as billing history or account statements. Desktop Delivery allows your staff to quickly and easily send such documents from their desktops without having to leave their desk or log into another application or database.  

Desktop Delivery is a client-side application that enhances the functionality of any IVR application or can be used as a stand-alone system. Documents may be sent via fax or e-mail, or customers can receive text messages with requested data. Additionally, Desktop Delivery allows agents to complete customers' document requests while on the phone to further expedite their delivery.
