VoiceTax is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that enables property tax questions to be answered with up-to-date information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

VoiceTax reduces the number of inquiries that must be fielded by department staff, improving efficiency and reducing expenses, while increasing the level of customer service to the community.

Features:

In addition to receiving information via telephone, VoiceTax allows callers to request detailed tax information be sent to them via fax. Using a reporting format designed by the jurisdiction, property tax information such as delinquent account detail and payment history (including when and who made the last payment) can be provided upon request. The fax routine can also be designed to provide important detail regarding legal property description, ownership detail and valuation information. (SmartDelivery required)
