VoiceCourt
is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system designed to support justice agencies and courts, including Family, Juvenile, Probation, Traffic and Jury Services. When integrated with your case management system, VoiceCourt provides a user-friendly and convenient method for handling routine questions regarding court appearances, citations, jury status and other court-related ­issues. It can also provide secure, self-service credit card and e-check payments for fees, fines and judgments.

Best of all, callers are able to access information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without staff involvement. By providing first-level customer service, VoiceCourt reduces the number of telephone calls that are fielded by court staff and greatly increases the level of service offered to your community.

System Features

VoiceCourt is built on a full-featured, robust and scalable architecture that can be integrated with both commercial and custom case management systems. Callers are able to use a touch-tone telephone to:

  • Check the status of fees, fines or judgments owed (amount owed, due date and payment history)
  • Retrieve information about their case or citation 
  • Pay one or all citations or fees via credit card or e-check
  • Schedule and/or confirm a court date, administrative review or hearing
