Payment Processing
The Selectron Technologies optional
Payment Processing module enables jurisdictions to accept credit
card and/ or e-check payments via their Interactive Voice or Web
Response system. Callers are able to pay fines, fees, or other charges,
and to make regular monthly payments to their account. Payment Processing
utilizes the PayPal® Payflow Pro application to securely process

Professional Voice
Selectron can provide recordings of all call flow and system prompts using our professional voice talent resources for English or Spanish.
SmartDelivery
With SmartDelivery, both fax and e-mail functionality are seamlessly added
to your voice product.
Speech Recognition
Speech Recognition allows your IVR system to recognize human speech in addition to telephone touch tones. Key words and phrases are used to maintain accuracy rates and to support continuous phrases, spotting and barge in- functions.
Spanish Language
A Spanish language module can be added to the Standard English version
on your IVR system.
Staff Directory
This enables jurisdictions that have an existing voice mail
system to use the IVR system to direct callers to the staff
voice mailboxes. This is a menu option that request that
the caller either input an extension number if known, or
spell out a portion of the desired staff’s name. The
system can enable the caller to be transferred to the staff’s
telephone extension, voice mail box, or the caller can be
prompted to enter a call-back number and the IVR system will
page the staff member and display the call back number.
Text-to-Speech
With this module, the IVR system generates the audio file
for system prompts and responses, so the jurisdiction does
not have to record voice segments. Responses like street names
are generated dynamically, as they are read directly from
the host database, while menu prompts are defined and stored
during the call flow design.
