Voice Permits is an Interactive Voice Response solution developed for use by city and county Community Development department. Because it can directly interface with your permitting application, VoicePermits can provide secure access to information and services via the telephone using a combination of touchtones and spoken messages.
The VoicePermits base system allows building contractors to schedule or cancel inspections and review inspection results, and inspectors are able to post inspection results from the field using a touch tone phone.
