InspecTrack is
a mobile inspection system developed to streamline the inspection
process and increase accuracy and consistency. It works well alone or in tandem
with VoicePermits and WebPermits.
Inspectors
enter inspection results from the field directly into a mobile
computing device, using simple drop-down menus and custom codes. All
necessary information regarding the permit is downloaded to
the device, including the permit history and permit contact
information, and unlike web-only inspection systems, this data
is stored on the field unit, so it can be reviewed and manipulated,
regardless of the immediate availability of network connectivity.
