West Valley Water District Chooses Selectron's VoiceUtility™ Interactive Voice Response System
PORTLAND, OREGON — November 5, 2007 — West Valley Water District, located in Rialto, California, has chosen Selectron's VoiceUtility interactive voice response system to maximize efficiency of its payment processing procedures. The system provides Disctrict customers with phone access to their utility account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, thus relieving a significant burden from existing customer service representatives.

In addition to the base system, the District purchased add-on modules to bring extra functionality to the new IVR system, including Outbound Delinquency Notification, Credit Card Processing, and Spanish Language.
