Sungard Public Sector Customer Tyler, TX Chooses VoicePermits™ and VoiceUtility™ IVR Systems
PORTLAND, OREGON — November 5, 2007 — The City of Tyler, Texas joins a growing number of SunGard Public Sector customers who have chosen Selectron to design and implement their automated phone systems. Tyler will use both Selectron's VoicePermits and VoiceUtility interactive voice response (IVR) systems as a means to more efficiently service inspections scheduling and account payment functions. Once installed, the systems will free up existing staff during business hours to focus on more complex issues and will provide basic services around the clock.
