Selectron Technologies, Inc. Announces Release of Enhanced RouteBuilder with Maps for InspecTrack™
Add-on module enhances mapping capabilities, saving inspectors time and frustration while in the field
PORTLAND, OREGON — September 12, 2006 — Selectron Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of interactive voice, web, and mobile solutions for government agencies, today announced the release of Enhanced RouteBuilder with Maps, a user-friendly add-on to its InspecTrack Notebook Edition solution.
Enhanced RouteBuilder with Maps allows inspectors to conveniently create a map and view points that correspond to all inspections scheduled on a given day. Inspection locations can be viewed as an ordered list, or via the graphical map view. Designed to be available off-line, maps are stored on the field unit and available without Internet connectivity. Transparent for ease of viewing, maps are quickly downloaded as part of inspectors' daily synchronization with the InspecTrack server.
Additional features include the ability to reorder inspection locations with the simple click of a button. Inspections are conveniently represented as a point on the map. Complete integration to InspecTrack Notebook Edition enables inspectors to select an inspection point on the map and immediately enter inspection results via the Results Wizard.
