Elk Grove, CA Adds Selectron's VoicePermits™ Interactive Voice Response System to Its SunGard HTE Permitting System
PORTLAND, OREGON — August 10, 2007 — Selectron Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of interactive voice, web, and mobile solutions for local governments throughout North America, announced that it has been awarded a contract by the City of Elk Grove, California to implement its VoicePermits interactive voice response (IVR) system. Once installed, the new VoicePermits solution will help the City provide its contractors with around-the-clock access to information and services.
The City of Elk Grove selected Selectron's VoicePermits as the best solution provided during their standard RFP selection process. The system was installed at the end of April 2007.
