Butte County, California Chooses Selectron's VoicePermits™ for Its Department of Development Services
PORTLAND, OREGON — January 21, 2008 — Butte County, California opted for Selectron's Technologies' VoicePermits IVR system to manage the increasing amount of traffic they had been receiving in their Departmen of Development Services.

The County's VoicePermits system gives contractors the
ability to access inspection results and for inspectors to schedule,
cancel and reschedule inspections, and post inspection results. The
County has chosen to add more functionality through add on modules that
include Outbound Delivery Services to support Automatic Results Notification, which will allow contractors to receive real-time inspection status information; Expired Permits Notification, a module that automatically notifies contractors when their permits are about to expire; and Complaint Code Enforcement, which will allow contractors the ability to check the status of violations or issues.
