Description:

Selectron Technologies has an immediate need for a Software Development Engineer to join our team of professionals. Selectron Technologies Developers are creating the leading Voice, Web, and Mobile solutions for local government agencies throughout North America using the latest Microsoft Technologies. We are continuing to expand and are looking for talented and energetic candidates to help us meet our growing business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software developer building full lifecycle Microsoft Windows based commercial software applications.
- Proven experience applying the .NET Framework (1.1, 2.0) to Windows Forms, Windows Services, Remoting, ASP.NET, and Web Service applications.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio 2003/2005, Visual Source Safe, and IIS 6.0.
- Experience with an Object Oriented development language. C# highly desired.
- Database development and administration utilizing MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Transact-SQL, and ADO.NET.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Also Desired:
- Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services 2005.
- Familiarity with Oracle Databases including development and administration.
- Computer Telephony / IVR experience (Microsoft Speech Server, VoiceXML)
- MCP / MCAD / MSCD / MCTS / MCPD Certification
