West Valley Water District Chooses Selectron's VoiceUtility Interactive Voice Response System
PORTLAND, OREGON — November 5, 2007 — The West Valley Water District, located in Rialto, California has chosen Selectron's VoiceUtility™ Interactive Voice Response system to maximize efficiency of their payment processing procedures. The system provides phone access for district customers to their utility account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thus relieving a significant burden from existing customer service representatives.
