The City of Tyler, TX chooses VoicePermits and VoiceUtility for their SunGard Public Sector IVR
PORTLAND, OREGON — November 5, 2007 — The City of Tyler, TX joins a growing number of SunGard Public Sector customers who have chosen Selectron to lead design and implementation of their automated phone system. Tyler will use both VoicePermits and VoiceUtility Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems as a way to more efficiently service inspections scheduling and account payment functions. Once installed, the system will free up existing staff during business hours to focus on more complex issues and provide basic services around the clock.
