Bellingham, WA adds VoicePermits™ and WebPermits™, Flexible Interactive Voice (IVR) and Web (IWR Response Systems, to its Tidemark Permitting System
PORTLAND, OREGON — November 9, 2006 — Selectron Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of interactive voice, web and mobile solutions for local governments throughout North America, announced that it has been awarded a contract to implement its IVR and IWR systems at the City of Bellingham, Washington. Once installed, the new VoicePermits and WebPermits solutions will help the City provide access to information and services to its contractors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bellingham selected Selectron’s VoicePermits and WebPermits because of the promise of seamless integration and because of Selectron’s experience with Tidemark Permitting systems.
