Introducing SelecTXT

Did you know that Americans send over 6 billion text messages each day? Did you know 95% of adults in America text on a weekly basis? Did you know that Selectron has a new solution to help you take advantage of this modern communication channel?

The latest innovation to our Relay Platform, SelecTXT is a fully integrated interactive text messaging service. In addition to our IVR and Web channels, SelecTXT gives you another channel to engage with your customers, allowing them to complete transactions when, where, and how they want. SelecTXT not only provides another option to offer your customers, but will also further reduce your staff’s workload.

The first release of SelecTXT allows contractors and homeowners the ability to:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel inspections
  • Include comments/instructions for inspectors
  • Request follow up on results
  • View inspection results

As part of our Relay Platform, you will be able to view usage data and generate reports through the Relay Portal. Here’s what else you should know about SelecTXT:

  • Tailored messages and workflows
  • Simplified user experience for efficient transactions
